How to Access Your Webmail and Set Up Your Email on iPhone

Accessing Webmail

1. Open your web browser and go to https://yourdomain.com/webmail.
2. When prompted, enter your email address (e.g., [email protected]) and your password.

Adding Email to Your iPhone

For iOS 18 and Above

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down to Apps and select Mail.
3. Tap Add Account, then choose Other.
4. Select Add Mail Account and enter the following:
   
   • Name: (How you’d like your name to appear in emails)
   • Email: [email protected]
   • Password: (Your email password)
   • Description: (A label for this account, like "Work Email")
5. Tap Next, then select IMAP and input the server details:
   
   • Incoming Mail Server:
     • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com

   • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

     • Username: [email protected]

6. Tap Next to verify the settings, then tap Save.

For iOS 17 and Below
