Overview of the Dashboard Features
1. The Navigation Menu (Left Sidebar)
Located on the left side of the screen, the navigation menu provides easy access to all the core areas of your Valla Hub account:

- Home: Takes you back to the main dashboard, where you get an overview of your account status and key information.
- Services: View and manage your active services here. This includes options to log into your cPanel or order new services to enhance your account.
- Domains: Manage all things related to domains here. You can register new domains, transfer existing ones, and monitor your active domains.
- Website & Security: Access security features for your website, such as SSL certificates and additional security tools to protect your website and visitors.
- Billing: Manage all payment-related details here. You can review invoices, manage payment methods, and add funds to your account if needed.
- Support: Find help and support options, including access to support tickets, the knowledgebase, and recent announcements.
- Open Ticket: If you encounter any issues, open a new support ticket here to reach out directly to the support team.
- Logout: Safely log out of your account from this button located at the bottom of the sidebar.
This left-side menu is always visible, making it simple to navigate between different sections of your account.
2. Key Account Actions
This section highlights additional features and actions available within your account:

- Announcement Banner: Located at the top of the dashboard, this banner keeps you informed about new features, promotions, or important updates from Valla Hub.
- Account Management Icons: At the top-right, you’ll find options to select your preferred language, access cart, and view account notifications. This ensures you're up-to-date on any communications from Valla Hub.
- Client Profile: Shows your account details, including your current balance, account status, and support PIN for easy reference when contacting support.
- Account Details & Payment Methods: This section lets you manage personal account details and payment methods securely. Here, you can also add new payment options.
- Quick Actions Icon: This icon provides a shortcut for account management tasks, such as adding a new contact or sharing account access with others. It’s a convenient way to manage access permissions, ensuring team members or additional contacts can easily assist with account management.
3. Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard gives you a quick summary of your account’s current status, organized into different sections:

- Overview: This tab allows you to quickly access your services, domains, invoices, support tickets, network status, and view available addons. This makes it easy to navigate directly to key areas of your account from one central location.
- Account Overview: Displays key account metrics, such as the number of active services, registered domains, quotes, tickets, and invoices, helping you stay updated on your account.
- Services: Lists all active services with quick-access buttons to log into the associated cPanels. You can also see the status of each service, such as "Active" or "Pending."
- Tickets: Shows recent support tickets, making it easy to check on past requests or open a new one if needed.
- Domains: This section is where you can register or transfer a new domain, providing a straightforward way to manage your web addresses from a single location.
4. Announcements and Knowledgebase
Located at the bottom of the dashboard, this section provides important updates and access to helpful resources:

- Announcements: Stay updated with the latest news, updates, and service announcements. Recent posts like “New! Easily Purchase SSL Certificates through Your Valla Hub Account” keep you informed about new features and improvements.
- Knowledgebase: Access a wealth of resources, tutorials, and FAQs to help you understand and utilize Valla Hub’s offerings effectively.
- Additional Options: By clicking on the three dots next to the Knowledgebase, you can also access:
- Downloads: Find essential files, tools, or resources related to your services.
- Service Status: Check the current status of Valla Hub services to ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Open Ticket: Quickly open a support ticket if you need assistance, making it easy to get help when you need it.
